Ingredients:
- Aubergine
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Red Chilli powder
- ½ tsp Crushed Chilli/Chilli Flakes
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Ginger powder
- ½ tsp Mixed herbs
- 1 cup gram Flour
- Sweet Chilli and Tomato seasoning powder
- Sunflower Oil
- Water
Step-by-Step Recipe:
- Add culinary ingredients (except for Sweet Chilli and Tomato seasoning powder).
- Little by little, pour water on your ingredients and mix everything. We want it to become a thick paste.
- Heat your cooking oil for 7 minutes on medium heat (or do it after step 4).
- Cut your aubergine into slices. Then apply sweet tomato and chilli seasoning powder to both sides of the aubergine.
- Put aubergine in the batter and coat it on both sides.
- Put aubergine in the oil and fry it until it turns golden brown in colour. Then flip it over and fry the other side.
