Only 6 steps to cook our Chicken Zingers recipe!

Today we are making crispy and delicious fried chicken breast zingers. If you're looking for a way to spice up your chicken breast game so that it doesn't taste so dry and chalky, then this is an excellent and easy recipe for you to follow along and one that I highly recommend if you're having a cookout, and want to have that crowd pleasing recipe.

Crispy Fried Chicken Breast Zingers

Ingredients:

  • 500g Chicken breast (cut into long strips)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Red chilli
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tsp Crushed chilli/chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Ginger powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • A pinch of Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Tomato and Chilli seasoning powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp Greek natural yoghurt
  • Cornflakes

Step-by-Step Recipe:

  1. Wash meat.
  2. Add culinary ingredients.
  3. Add yoghurt to the meat and mix everything together.
  4. Crush cornflakes into small crumbs with a rolling pin. Don't use a grinder because we don't want to overdo it and turn the flakes into powder. We want to crush them just enough to resemble small, crispy crumbs.
  5. Heat your cooking oil for 7 minutes. We're using sunflower oil.
  6. Put the meat into the Corn Flakes and coat them in it. Make sure each side of the chicken is coated properly then put it in the oil and fry them for 3 minutes on each side with medium Heat.
