Ingredients:
- 1.5kg Chicken Legs
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Red Chilli powder
- ½ tsp Crushed Chilli/Chilli Flakes
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Yellow Food Color
- 1 ½ tsp Chaat Masala
- 5 tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 25ml Water
Step-by-Step Recipe:
- Mix the ingredients.
- Put chicken legs in ingredients and mix everything together. Then put the chicken in the pressure cooker.
- Put your pressure cooker on the stove and cook the chicken on full heat.
- When it starts to whistle, let it cook for 8 minutes on medium heat.
- After 8 minutes, take the whistle off and release the steam.
- When you remove the lid, you will see a bit of water in the pressure cooker. Turn the heat on full for 5 mins to dry out the water. Don't stir the chicken with anything because it is delicate and will break off. Instead move the pressure cooker around in circles to help dry out the water that way.
